Hey there,
My team has been making use of @ mentions in Jira for some collaboration lately. We find it easy and intuitive, but it can be easy to forget to respond to them in some situations.
Is there some way to set up email notification reminders for mentions? For example, if you get mentioned on a ticket and don't respond within 24 hours, you will receive a reminder of that mention.
If not, we use @ mention tagging to get user input on specific tickets. If you guys have a preferred tool for handling this kind of workflow we're very open to suggestions.
Thank you!
I could see a theoretical path to building this using Automation (a multi-user picker field that gets set when a user is mentioned, they get removed when they comment; another rule to find everyone and then message them), but I think you might be better off with a checklist add-on if one supports assigning or mentioning.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
