Jira asked me the question whether I would like to set up the old view for issues. I accepted it, but I would like this view to be set up by default for all users. I am admin.

As you may know about it, the new issue view is planned to be rolled out to the entire JIRA Cloud as mentioned in the The new Jira issue view. However, if you need it to be disabled on a global scale, I went ahead and created a support ticket to the Cloud Support team for assistance and they will get in touch with you soon.
