How to setup 2 way integration between MS Teams and Jira Datacenter? What are the possible add-one available?

there are a few apps available on the Atlassian Marketplace: Jira DC apps | Search MS Teams | Atlassian Marketplace

My preferred one is Microsoft 365 for Jira by yasoon (the company I work for). It offers a deep and reciprocal connection between Microsoft Teams and Jira. 

• In your Jira issue: you can start a chat or channel conversation, see all discussions in the issue.
• In Microsoft Teams: You can search, share and discuss Jira issues. You can create a new Jira issue based on channel conversation. You can join issue-related conversations without needing a Jira user. You can work with your Jira board in a tab in Microsoft Teams - also, without needing a Jira user.

I'd suggest to look thru the documentation to see if this covers your need.
