How to setup - Creating issues and comments from email

Hi JIRA support and the Community,

I have tried to setup the existing JIRA application, to enable the feature of creating issues and comments from email, somehow, I can't make it after several times setup, and we are in used Gmail for business as well.

I have done the following:
Created a new email address via Gmail admin console;

Setup the "Incoming mail" and Mail Handlers from JIRA - Site admin login > JIRA setting > System > Incoming Mail > POP/IMAP Mail Server > Host : pop / imap.gmail.com > User name : the new created email account > Protocol: Secure_IMAP > IMAP Port: 993 > Timeout: 10000 > Username: the new create email account.

And, I also have setup a mail handler:

Mail Handler's name: The new created email account as above mentioned;
Server : The above POP mail server
Delay: 1
Handler: Create a new issue or add a comment to an existing issue;
Project: Logistics

Issue Type: task
Strip Quotes : not checked
Catch Email Address: None
Bulk: Ignore the email and do nothing

Forward email: None

Create Users: None

Default reporter: an user email

Notify users: Checked

CC Assignee: Checked

CC Watchers: Checked

Then, when I ran the test, it said done successful, then save the above. But, when I tried to try to send a email to JIRA - operations-jira@prenetics.com, also known as the new created email address for this action. No new tickets comes out, or even update the existing tickets, also the same.

Please advise, thanks.
