How to share a Cloud workflow?

This is the most ridiculous requirement that I have to create a new app on the Marketplace... and get it approved... for simply sharing a workflow from one of our Cloud instances to another. If this is required, why do we have to jump through so many hoops just to get it approved?

Unfortunately, as you already know it is not an easy process and currently requires an App to be created. My suggestion would be to vote and comment on the feature requests to show Atlassian there is interest in this feature.
