How to sort statuses in "Issue status menu"

hello,

The new "Issue status menu" (from 9.0) list the transitions/Status possible. But it's not order by anythings logical: this doesn't respect the order defined in the administration (Issues>Statuses) nor that of the Workflow

What do you mean by "issue status menu" ? Could you provide a screenshot or explain how you navigate to said menu?
