How to split a servicedesk

Hello everyone

I need to split a deskservice. Actually I have two deskservice but one depends on the other.

The work flow is linear actually like this : SupportXXXX> Support NNNN

and I want to have this kind of workflow : Support XXXX

Support NNNN

How can I do this please? And can I conserve the past of both?
