My company has never really had a dedicated owner/administer over our Jira Cloud instance and I'm happily taking on this role. It's been a free for all, with too many users given admin rights, everyone making any change they want. I had previously done some training to pursue my project admin cert. I'm looking for suggestions on how to approach clean up efforts....where to start, what all to assess? Are there any recommended blogs or videos?
