* We have an issue when we send emails that expect to be updated into Jira tickets
* Email content gets added to tickets
* However, if we forward an email, content in the email gets truncated
* To clarify, we expect that email content below the horizontal that marks the beginning of forwarded content to be truncated
* However, if we remove that horizontal line, we have previously been successful in having removing the horizontal line to thus allow forwarded content to be added to tickets
* Now though if we remove the horizontal line, only one line of content in the forwarded email gets added to the Jira ticket
* The line of forwarded content that gets added is the line with the sender info
* This happens regardless of whether or not we email from web Outlook 365 or locally installed Outlook 365
* It seems something has changed somewhere
* We have though no idea what has changed nor what is causing this issue
* Our workaround is copying and pasting email content into tickets
If anyone can advise how we overcome this issue, it is much appreciated.
