1) Jira users keep receiving duplicated email notifications from Jira when in the tasks there were no changes done. Can you advise how to fix it?
2) Jira user receives a notification from Jira with two hours delay. @ hours passed from the moment the trigger for the notification happened.
Hello @Vera Valshonok regarding item 2 I would suggest you check the email queue. For item one I would need a couple of examples of the emails and the history tab from the ticket that the notification is for.

1) what do you mean email queue?
Some notifications received a little later than the trigger worked (it's okay), some - two hours later, triggered at 11, received notification at 13.00
2)We have emails that include all the previous comments and notification on the issue if you unfold the email. Example of duplicate:
First message: you were mentioned in this issue, second notification here what changed in the issue in the last few minutes: you got a comment.
I think it all comes down to - notification for mentioning and SEPARATE notification for comment even if its the same comment, but would like to change it as its repetition for people.

Mail queue is a tab that is within the system option from the administration view. My guess that is full and delays the emails being sent
About notifications you are not getting duplicates but two notifications due two different events. You might want to check your notification scheme. Maybe you need to clean it up a bit.
