How to subscribe for ADG3 beta JIRA Cloud

As a plugin vendor, I'd like to test out my add-on UI, which uses AtlasKit inside Atlassian environment, which complies ADG3 itself.

A couple of times during the Atlassian Summit / Camp 2017, I've heard that it should be possible to get / convert an instance of JIRA from ADG2  to ADG3.
