How to successfully clone a project from sales to onboarding

Hi all,

I am having some issues cloning a sales ticket in the sales board to my onboarding board. The tickets have labels attached to them, lets say A, B, C and D.
Currently in my onboarding project if they select A it creates a series of subtasks that need to be completed. If the label attached is A and B it creates subtasks from both labels to the particular ticket.

I can't seem to get the settings right in my cloning from one board to another as at present it only seems to be picking up subtasks from label B.

What would be the best way to set this up? Bearing in mind needs to allow any A B C D combinations.

Hi Patrick - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Just some clarification first - you don't clone tickets to boards. You clone tickets to a project. Then your boards show tickets that match the filter you created for that board. 

So, having said that, can you share the rule that you have so far and where it is going wrong?
