Dear all,
We have a customer which is using today Jira Software and Service Desk for their internal use.
They actually both new companies worldwilde which now belongs to same group.
Their need today is to setup correctly there existig Jira in order to be able to add people from this external company as users of that instance as well.
What is the best recommandation for updating the existing instance to support that scale up ?
What could be the bottlneck if any ?
Any prefered authentication mecanism compare to what they have today ?
Thanks for clarification on this
regards
This sounds like a good reason to look into Atlassian Access. This article will have a lot of information for you. It would allow different domains to access one site. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Atlassian-Access-articles/Atlassian-Access-Demo-Q-amp-A-Recap/ba-p/1876065
@Tim Perrault Atlassian access is dedicated for SSO correct ?
My current customer user authentication that they actually use is only allowing certain domaine without any nvitation as seen below . They do not use SSO
Would this type of authentication will work enought ( the belons to same company group?
