How to test user reporting endpoint

Hi there, 

I am currently trying to test out the endpoint for reporting user data specified here: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/user-privacy-developer-guide/

I noticed that if the endpoint returns content and 200 it would include information regarding the changed user. 

I there a way for me to change (update) a users information so that I can test the endpoint is working correctly when I report the users data?
