So we have an issue type for which we need to track certain performance metrics. For example:
We have an issue name "Generate revenue by building a mobile". Now, for this we have a performance metric,
Name | Date | Value | Type
No of app users | 30th Dec 2019 | 10000 | Target
No of app users | 30th Jan 2018 | 100 | Actual
No of app users | 28th Feb 2018 | 200 | Actual
How do I capture this kind of data per issue? Later on, we want to put this values and generate a graph from it, to understand how it performed.
Is there any kind of custom field that can help me create above table an track numbers over month or week? Or is there any other approach via which this can be achieved???
Dear Milan!
It seems that you should create 12 custom field like: Actual_Jan, Actual_Feb and so on.
Best regards, Vasiliy.
Dear Vasiliy, Thank you for your response. But unfortunately, that won't work for following reasons:
Creating so many custom fields won't help in this situation. :(

I see,
You also could create a issue with target value and subtasks for each mounth/week.

Ok, but would increase the number of sub-tasks in system that are just used for tracking the numbers, right?
Also, can we show this sub-tasks in EazyBI or any other report as a graph, indicating the task name and it's values every month? So, like a bar-graph for that task, and a bar for every month (which is each sub-task)?? Is it possible?
