How to track the Issues where the Reporter is not the Person who Actually CLosed the Issue?

From a control perspective I want to track the issues (Preferably Count) where the Reporter is not the person who closed the issue

You can write a script on the Close transition postfunction to check if the person who Closed the issue is same as reporter. If not then update a Custom Field with 'Yes' or 'No' based on the earlier check. 

Then create a filter >> CustomField = "No"
