I have a JIRA board which is owned by a former colleague who left the company in a hurry. The board was created personally using his company email and was not under the company organization. Hence, now after I have been onboarded onto the board, I am not being able to add / remove members from the board or perform any admin tasks.
Could someone please help me transfer this board's ownership to my email address?

Hi Matteo, thanks for answering but sadly I am not org admin and neither is this settings showing up for me.
For your reference, I am attaching my settings option in this comment:

I'm afraid that an advanced permission level is required for changing the ownership. If not, any user could take the elements from other users.

Hi Matteo,
I understand. I'm trying to log in to my colleague's Jira account, tahmid.tazwar@selisegroup.com, but I'm not receiving any verification or password reset emails. Can you please help me with this?

If you have already tried with password reset and no email are coming, it could mean that tha count is sync with your company identity provider.
Have you tried to reset the company/domain password of the user account and enter in Jira with it?

Hi Matteo,
I have tried to do that as well and tried logging in with Outlook directly too but I am not receiving any emails yet. Could you look into this?

I'm not part of Atlassian team, this is the community.
I would recommend to look into with your company Atlassian admins. Otherways, try to open a ticket in the official Atlassian support: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
I hope it will be fixed.
