How to trigger an email daily when Tempo is not logged by users from all Teams?

We in our organization need the daily reports to see how many users have logged how much time in Tempo Timesheets.

Some users are forgetting to log time accordingly and we need to inform them individually after extracting the report at the end of the day.

So, we want our users get notified by email or any other means whenever they forget to LOG in Tempo.

Suggest some script which can help achieving this!

Please help us fixing this thing.
