How to turn OFF auto-closing parent story when all sub-tasks are "done"

Looking to turn off the auto-closing of the parent story when all sub-tasks linked to that parent are completed.

Check the workflow post function on the subtask workflow to see if it closes out the parent when all subtasks are done. If so, remove the post function.

If you can't find a post function, it might be a listener in a custom plugin.
