How to update a Jira issue field with slack message?

I am a project manager and use Slack to provide milestone dates on a weekly basis. I also have a task called milestone with sub-tasks of each milestone in Jira to show dates in Jira plan.

If the milestone date change, I publish the new date first in slack - how do I auto update the new date from slack to the jira subtask. For example, if the launch date is changed from April 1 to May 1, I first update in slack message Launch date is now May 1, how can I auto update the subtask Launch's due date field to May 1?
