How to update a field based on completion of linked tickets

I have an AI project with a custom field "Overall Initiative Status" which has an option of "Ingestion Ready".  Attached to an AI issue are issues from a DIB project. These issues have a complete status of "Ingestion Ready". Can somebody help me identify a solution where as as soon as all DIB issues linked to an AI issue are complete, the Overall Initiative Status in the AI ticket is automatically updated to show "Ingestion Ready?

I'm not sure, but if you want to update some fields automatically, go to workflow and here you can set which fields must be updated after some transitions or add post functions

i agree. but this is more of a listener/live update needed. If I go through workflow it will update as soon as the first DIB ticket is completed. I need it to wait until the last ticket has completed then update the field.
