I have a typical issue of Email Notification template Not showing all fields when sent in email from Atlassian. However, the preview of the template shows correctly all fields and formatting. I am site admin and have all permission to update the Email Notification Template. Dont know where I can fix it. Screenshot attached. Let me know where I can update it.

Hi @Nayeemuddin Khan , unfortunately you are unable to do this in Jira cloud. Please see this suggestion- JRACLOUD-7266 Create an Email Template Editor in the UI to Replace Editing Velocity Templates . You can do this in JSM for Customer notifications but not JSW. Options to consider are addon app email handlers.
