How to update an existing ticket when a custom field value changes?

Hi,

In JIRA, I have created a form "Trouble ticket" with 2 custom fields that are Insight Reference Object; Managers and Agents.  The agents custom field list is an Inbound references from the Managers. 

Once the "Trouble ticket" is created with a Manager "X" and his list of Agents "AA", "BB", if agent "BB" change team from Manager "X" to Manager "Y", the agent "BB" doesn't appear on the ticket anymore.

If we "edit" the ticket, we'll see the Agent "BB" or if we add Manager "Y", we will see the Agent "BB".

My question: is there a way to have the Manager custom field update with the new manager "Y"?  Or is there a way to sill display the Agent "BB" name?
