How to upgrade jira server apps to jira data center apps

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I am facing problem when I upload Jira server apps to Jira software data center.
My app is disabled and the INCOMPATIBLE label is displayed in the manage apps (with version 7.10.0 and 9.0.0), NOT DATA CENTER APPROVED (with version 8.20.11).
Is there a way for me to enable the app? Thank you.
