How to upload the test results executed via automated scripts ( Linux VM) to Jira/Xray automatically

I am executing the automated scripts in ATS/Pyats Environment from Linux VM using autoeasy/easypy commands. Looking for the procedure to upload the test results to jira/Xray automatically once the script execution is complete using Rest API.
