How to use Angular 4 with atlassian-connect-spring-boot for JIRA Add-On

Is it possible to use Angular 4 as frontend for a JIRA Add-On with atlassian-connect-spring-boot?

If so, how can I achieve this? I am brand new to atlassian-connect development.

Typically, atlassian-connect-spring-boot shouldn't get in the way of doing anything you could normally with Spring Boot. (If you do find such a blocker, you should raise a bug through our [Developer Service Desk](https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/14)).

A quick Google search shows Spring Boot with Angular 4 to be a fairly common topic. Especially, I would recommend you to check out the JHipster project
