I want user  JIRA Rich Text Editor field in a velocity template , how can I do it ??

  I have read all the links , but none of them are useful for me !   

  there are many types of Rich Text Editor , but they cant't be involved into  our JIRA .

  So can you give me some suggestions ??  Thank you  so much !!

I have not played with this myself but wonder if some of the “Related content” posts to the right on this page might give the answer or clue?
