How to use different set of Licenses utilization for jira cloud and Confluence cloud

Hi Team,

We are having a scenario where Jira is used Supported by my team, and other team is using confluence which will not part of us. Since our both teams fall under Same Domain If we deactivate User Anthony in Jira automatically he is losing his access in Confluence. Its enforcing us to enable to Anthony User account Jira. Can any one suggest how to mane on this part

Exactly how are you "deactivating Anthony in Jira"?

It is possible to remove a user's product access for one product without removing their access to other products.

You can simply remove the user from the user group that grants them access to the product, and make sure that you use different user groups to grant access to each product.
