How to use estimate time with story points?

I want to create stories for a project with story points. Then create tasks inside the story with estimated time. Currently I can do what I want using log work. But I have to log 1h and set remaining time. I want to avoid it and set estimate time at task creation.

I think your task screen do not have "Timetracking" fields included.. Add that in the screens to see the 'original estimate' in the tasks

How do i include Timetracking fields? Is it in project properties? What kind of permission I need to make this change? It would be very helpful if you can guide me how to reach the view to include Timetracking.

@Heshawa De Silva , Are you the jira-administrator of your jira instance?

The jira-administrator will be able to modify the screen design via screen schemes and add the field 'time tracking' to the screen used by your task issue type.
