How to use issue type in multiple projects?

I have an issue type and it’s associated with project A and workflow A. Is it possible to use the same issue type in project B and associate it with a different workflow B?

I am trying to see if this can be achieved without creating a new Issue Type.

Hi Rupa,

yes this is possible. You can create an issue type scheme and assign all required issue type to this scheme. Afterwards you can assign the scheme to different projects to make the issue types available for use.
