How to utilize issue collector efficiently for work with clients

We are a software company and we work with clients to collect feature requests from UAT phases and bug reports.

 

We use Jira Software. We want to utilize Issue collector to start collecting these, but collectors are limited in that they dont enable communication back,

 

We understand that we will also have to give access to the jira to the project from the customer side to see the current status of reported items via the collector, provide feedback in comments and inform them about the status.

The issue we are having is that we do not want to show them everything that is on the jira.

There is currently no way of disabling Original Estimate, Time Remaining fields or History tab.

 

How can we handle this in Jira?
