We are using Jira regularly for our organizations ticketing and issue tracking. For some security reasons I was looking into the security and authentications available in Jira. But anything I try to do, I find the step, Domain verification.
But I'm using Jira cloud as a hosted service. I don't have access to the domain. Or root servers to do the listed steps. Is there any other way?
Thank you in Advance.
Hi @Md_ Abrarul Huda have a look at this guide for more info:
Atlassian Organizations & Domain Verification
You should be able to verify your company's domain using these instructions: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/How-to-verify-Domain-for-Jira-cloud-service/qaq-p/2920401
This would be your company's email domain - eg. acme.com or acme.co.uk - which you should be able to access from your internal systems
