How to view all transition button for a multiple choice step.

hello,

In my workflow, I have a step witch have two possible transitions. Accept or decline.
The problem is: In the issue screen only one button is visible. "accept" so people using this workflow can't decline.

What should I do ?

the most simple check is to compare Conditions of both transitions. Perhaps 'missing' transition has some restriction?

Then I'd check transition properties.
