We recently configured and implemented the Incoming Mail system so emails can be sent to a mailbox and our Jira Cloud will create issues when emails are received by the mailbox. This was working just fine when we first got it working, back in June. Recently, at some point in the last month, this stopped working as expected.
We have tested what we can and reviewed logs that are available, both on the mailbox side and the Jira/Atlassian side. The one thing we cannot find is any logs related to Jira's mail processor, either success or failure showing when an email comes in and if it was processed or rejected.
This is a long way of asking, is there a way to view the logs of the email processing system to see when emails are processed either successfully or unsuccessfully?
We're using Jira Cloud Standard Plan
Side Note: I've seen responses to a similar question but all the responses are focused on Jira Service Management, this is related to Standard Jira Projects not Jira Service Management.

Suggestion Provide access to the Incoming mail logs is still unresolved.
