How to write behaviours for setting default description based on value of another field?

Hello all,

I need to help to create a behavior, to set default description based on option chosen in another custom field for one issue type in one project

ex: if issuetype =story and priority=medium then description need to set to "this story is on medium priority"

need some script snippets for these scenario
