Could you tell us more? Are you just looking to eliminate all emails to this address from Jira?
If yes: Then I think the simplest solution would be to login to Jira as that user, and then update your profile to remove the email address. The only downside to doing this is that inbound email to Jira from that address would not be processed, and the ability to password reset a Jira account would not be able to work for that account. But otherwise, if this user does not send emails that get handled by Jira, then this method is probably the most straightforward to eliminate Jira from sending to a specific address.
If no: Then it becomes considerably more complicated to go through Jira and understand which specific project(s) are sending out notifications to this user depending on actions. The notification helper might be useful here. If you have identified specific projects that send out notifications to this address, then you could modify the notification scheme in question to prevent that user from getting notifications, but if you have dozens of projects that use different schemes, this can be really tedious to eliminate for a single user.
