If we continue using the Jira Server without a license after February 15th, 2024, how will the PowerScript Plugin behave? Will it work normally, and will I still receive support for it?

Yes, PowerScripts on Server will work as you're used to, and all existing automation scripts will keep running. However, you won't be able to create brand-new scripts.
