How will we get the copy of the Company A environment into Company B?

Hi Team,

How will we get the copy of the Company A jira environment into Company B instance? Our company recently bought one of the child company of Parent company, but they are maintaining whole jira in one instance. We need to migrate few projects from company A instance to Company B instance.  Company A confirmed they won't provide access to us, they will clear up the data and keep the required projects, workflows, etc then give the data.  How will we get the copy of the that company data into company B temporary instance ?
