How workflow to close the ticket if no response from requestor in 5 business days.

how can i configure a workflow to change its status to close  if no response from requestor in 5 business days with following conditions 

  • Reminder user about ticket if IT replies and no response in 24 hours
  • Reminder user again 3 business days later
  • Automatically close the ticket in 5 business days

the feature you want is not part of JIRA. you can get these features from JIRA service desk which is another product from atlassian that will suit your needs. 

 

or you can have a look at atlassian marketplace and see if any app can fulfill your requirements. here is the link
