Human Sales Rep to help make product selection and purchase?

Hi! I'm looking for project management software for small operational project implementations and task-management for less than 10 users but I'm not sure where to start.   Does Atlassian have a sales team that I can consult with before purchasing products/subscriptions?

Since you've got less than 10 users you can signup for the free tier.
