Hi, one of our team member doesn't have GCRM link (colored in yellow in the attached image), how can we fix this issue?Screenshot 2024-08-07 145327.png

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

If the hyperklink it is not showing up, it means the team member is considered as customer. The hyperlink will provide access to work on this issue as an agent.
