Welcome to the community.

Exactly how do you want the summed up data to be used?

You can create customizations to add another field to the Epic to hold the sum of QA Story Points for its child stories, and you can create customization (i.e. Automation) to sum up the data and store it in the Epic.

You won't be able to use that in the built in burn down or velocity charts, or show it in a board for Estimation like you would for the built in Story Points data.

There are a variety of posts and documents available on creating custom fields, and summing up numeric data from child stories to a parent Epic.
