I Need automation Step where I Can find who has updated the Task Within specific time

Hi,


I want Automation where I will get Mail at 8:00 PM Who has updated their task, comments, and Issue.

Else
I need Mail notification who haven't update the task.

Could you specify the steps as well for instance how to trigger the Automation.
