I am adding task on a Scrum backlog, and when I turn the task into epic, they disappear from backlog. Can you advise what's the problem?

Hi Anna - make sure the underlying filter for the board does not exclude Epics. Also, is the Epics panel turned on?

Hi John, Epics panel is turned on, the filters also seem not to exclude anything... Could you provide a screenshot of a filter excluding Epics? Thanks.
