We're getting an error (details below) after logging into Jira. Indexing is also not working. All the tabs (Dashboards, Projects, etc) are showing blanks when click on them. Any help is really appreciated.

I had the same problem, and the culprit was a plugin. So maybe you could enter Jira to safe mode, and then see if you can reindex? Maybe that way you can get a clue of the plugin causing the problem, you have same issue I had.
I am also seeing this behavior on Jira Server v8.2.3 on Windows with MSSQL.
