I am having an issue where attachments are not able to downloaded when the card is made on my mac.. But if I make the card on my PC and then load attachment from mac it works fine.. any help

Attachments included when I make the card on my mac and previewable within Jira, but cannot be downloaded.. 

But if the card has been created on my PC and then I add attachment on my mac.. the same attachment can be downloaded by anyone

Hello, Good day. I am unable to reproduce this issue on my mac device. Could you try from a different web browser on mac and check the status?
