Question for Andrey V Markelov 

I have been coming up a learning curve to configure JIRA and now others for my company.  I would install and configure on company server, but will require more time than I have at the moment.  Never hurts to ask ... can Issue History Collector add-on be configured on Cloud?

@Tom Rowlett no way to do this. It is too expensive to support add-ons for atlassian cloud.
