I am not able to complete sprint.

I am unable to complete sprint even though I have admin permission and manage sprint permission. It says I don't have permission, but I do and when I go to configure board the page just won't load.

Can you please check the filter used by the board and check all the projects in that filter you have manage sprint permission or not.

if not, then you need that permission for that specific project and you should be able to complete sprint.

I am not able to view quick filter page and that just keeps loading.

Okay, in that case you can just try to refresh the page and check again. Could be due to some network glitch or something else.

Have you cleared your cache and started in the incognito mode as well?

Yes, it is still the same. I tried on 3 different browsers
