I can see that the site does have Jira Work Management (JWM), but it seems that your site recently deactivated Jira and Jira Service Management. If your project was a software or service type project, then I expect this is due to the deactivation of those products.
I created a support case just in case for your over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1075456
Since you are not the site-admin, you won't be able to change this yourself, but I included one of your site-admins in that support ticket. I believe that your admin will need to reactivate those products to make that project accessible.

All people in my company are not able to access the Jira.
Yes, we are facing with all the other projects which is delaying for us to work.
