I am not able to seach user by email ID on "Search for People and Teams"

On our Jira site, we are not able to search user by his email ID in Teams "Search for People and Teams"

It used work earlier, can any one faced the same issue ? any workaround for this

I am not able to search for people by email address in any of the various Jira Cloud systems to which I have access.

I had never tried to do so before seeing your post, so I'm not aware if the capability existed before.

Since you have the Premium plan and are entitled to support I recommend you open a support ticket directly with Atlassian:
